Yoga Practice

My kind of yoga is the yoga that shows you how to open release breathe and fly with a lot of floating off and ending in bliss. 

If you want to learn how to repair your body without a class structure in the traditional sense of all lined up doing the same thing, this yoga isn't that yoga. I will show you how to move into the poses using breath and not everyone will look the same! That is the beauty of allowing a pose to enter rather than forcing yourself into the pose in the book, on social media, the person next to you, the teacher? And instead create your very own version of the pose that looks like you, your version the one your body wants to make because it'll feel good it won't hurt, it'll release something, then you'll like this practice. This is your yoga practice I just show you how you can make the shape but you are in control of where you take it. That is why it is a practice.  Your practice is at home, I help you with the lesson plan.

Sunday Meditation with singing bowls and scalar wave generator. 6.30pm (8 per classs) 

Other times are available on request

Classes are strictly by appointment and are limited to only 6. Cost per person is £7 for 1 hour.
