My journey with Scalar waves started around 5 years ago when I was so done with pain and depression.  They had been constant throughout my life even though what I presented was a completely different story. On the inside I was hiding a lot of trauma, most of us are. This manifested as pain. Fybromyalgia, IBS, Arthritus, Stenosis and degeneration of the disks in my back. I'd also had a cruciate ligment snap after squatting 150kg in a squat rack, a day later on a dance floor in a club. I was also a personal trainer, nutrition coach, yoga teacher & sports massage therapist. Unbelievably I looked fit and healthy but on the inside I was in agony. Training took away the pain Endorphins do that. I was addicted to training. 

After going down the NHS route and being poisoned in the process, Tramadol, Codiene, lots of pain killers that worked initially, but now addicted to those i was dealing with side effects.  I'd started to realise that many of my clients were also taking lots of different medications that to me seemed unnecessary and even down right dangerous. Convid certainly cemented my theories into a stark reality. I was right.
